Destinations and shipping charge
We offer free standard shipping to Canada and the United States for eligible addresses available at checkout. There is no minimum order amount for free standard shipping. Our products ship directly from our fulfilment partner in China.

Processing
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Our supplier currently reports that 62.7% of orders are processed within 3 days; some orders take longer. This is a performance estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch deadline.

Estimated transit time after dispatch
Canada: approximately 7–15 days.
United States: the supplier reports approximately 5–11 days for 62% of orders; other orders may take longer.
These estimates are based on the currently quoted standard services for the white model. Times may vary by colour, stock, destination and shipping service. The supplier has not confirmed whether these figures refer to calendar or business days. Processing time must be added to transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, holidays, carrier delays and other disruptions may affect arrival. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Tracking and address details
When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided with your shipping update. Tracking can take time to show its first carrier scan. Check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If you notice an address error, email us immediately; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.

Delayed or missing deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated period, contact furliftsup@outlook.com with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and carrier and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Do not wait for a supplier dispute deadline before contacting us.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please see our Return and Refund Policy and email us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.
