How does the FurLift brush work?
It is a reusable brush that collects loose pet hair and lint from suitable fabrics. Its self-cleaning design collects the hair in a dustbin for easy disposal.
Is it safe for all fabrics?
Fabric suitability and results vary. Test on a small, hidden area first, and avoid delicate or damaged fabrics unless suitability is confirmed.
What colours are available?
White, green, pink and blue.
Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?
We ship to Canada and the US. Standard shipping is free to eligible addresses at checkout, with no minimum order amount.
How long will delivery take?
Orders ship from our fulfilment partner in China, and processing time is added to transit time. Estimated transit is about 7–15 days to Canada and 5–11 days to the US, and some orders may take longer. See our Shipping Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. What do I do?
Email furliftsup@outlook.com as soon as you notice, with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the item and packaging until we have reviewed it, and do not send anything back until we give you return instructions. See our Refund Policy.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges, but this does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
